How do I order?

Design your piece on the Make It Yours page and send the request. We will reply by email to confirm the details, price and timing.

Do I pay when I send a request?

No. Sending a request only starts the conversation. We confirm everything with you first.

Can I change my design after I send it?

Yes. Reply to our email and we will update it before we start stitching.

Can you match a specific thread colour?

Tell us what you have in mind in the message box and we will let you know what we can do.

Can I order more than one?

Yes. Add the quantity to your request, and use the message box if each piece has a different name.
